Annie Dewberry specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles. Annie’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions.

Before she joined Matterhorn, Annie worked in the San Francisco office of Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP. She works with technology companies across a variety of industries, including consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.

Annie graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Political Science. She earned her law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Scholar.
