With a practice that focuses on general corporate counseling, venture financings and mergers and acquisitions, Dillon represents emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles. With a particular focus on early-stage technology companies, Dillon works with companies in a variety of industries, including SaaS, gaming, and other internet software. He has also frequently advised venture firms on their investments.

Dillon started his career at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP.

Dillon earned his law degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law with honors. Prior to law school, Dillon graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management, where he was also a member of the Freestyle Ski Team.

During his free time, Dillon enjoys golfing, skiing and attending concerts with friends.
