Jamison Klang is a partner at Baker Tax Law, LLC, a tax firm with which Matterhorn Legal frequently works.

He advises clients in equity compensation, phantom equity, deferred compensation issues, and benefits and compensation issues that arise in M&A transactions. He is also experienced in negotiating employment and separation agreements.

Prior to joining Baker Tax Law, Jamison worked as a benefits and compensation attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Dorsey & Whitney.
