Sean Downey focuses on the representation of entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, and investors. He counsels companies on a range of corporate and securities matters, including corporate formation, debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Matterhorn, Sean worked in the New York office of J&O Law. Sean graduated from Montana State University with highest honors, with a degree in Economics.

He earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he received the Leo & Annette Beus Top Honors Scholarship.
